Returns Policy
Please note: We do not accept exchanges. Please return your order for a refund and place a new order if required.
28 Day Returns
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you have 28 days to return your order for a refund. Products must be returned with the original receipt/invoice, unworn and in their original condition, including all packaging. If you do not have the receipt/invoice cannot accept your return.
Non-faulty items outside of the 28 day period
Where items are not faulty and are returned outside of the 28-day period, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. We will consider cases on individual merit and if appropriate a refund of the last known selling price will be issued in voucher format.
Faulty items outside of the 28 day period upto 6 months
Where the manufacturer confirms an item is faulty we will replace this or offer a suitable replacement of the same value.
Customised Products
We cannot accept returns of personalise/customized, made-to-order helmets. shoulders pads and apparel unless we have made a mistake or the item is faulty. Please be aware that the Distance Selling Regulations Act 2000 does not apply to personalised item or goods made to a customers specification. Before placing your order please be careful to check sizing/customisation information is entered incorrectly.
Our Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse non-faulty items returned to us which are not in a re-saleable condition These goods may be returned to you at your expense. Your Statutory Rights: Our refunds policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
